Today marks the first sale of the Poco F6 5G in India, available exclusively on Flipkart. Launched last week, this smartphone features Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset. It is offered in three RAM and storage configurations and two colour options. The Poco F6 5G boasts an OLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a dual rear camera setup with a 50-megapixel main sensor. It is powered by a 5,000mAh battery that supports 90W wired fast charging.
Pricing and Launch Offers in India
The Poco F6 5G is priced starting at Rs. 29,999 for the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant. The 12GB RAM + 256GB and 12GB + 512GB models are priced at Rs. 31,999 and Rs. 33,999, respectively. It is available in Black and Titanium finishes. Sales begin at 12 pm IST today on Flipkart.
Flipkart offers a 5 per cent cashback on Flipkart Axis Bank cards. Users of HDFC, ICICI, and SBI cards can avail of Rs. 2,000 off on their purchases, reducing the starting price to Rs. 25,999. The 12GB + 256GB and 12GB + 512GB variants can be bought for Rs. 27,999 and Rs. 29,999, respectively. No-cost EMI options start at Rs. 2,500 per month.
Specifications of Poco F6 5G
The Poco F6 5G runs on an Android 14-based HyperOS interface and features a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a 1.5K (1,220×2,712 pixels) resolution, up to 120Hz refresh rate, and 446 ppi pixel density. It is slated to receive three major Android updates and four years of security patches. The phone is powered by an octa-core 4nm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC with up to 12GB LPPDDR5x RAM.
For photography, the Poco F6 5G includes a dual rear camera setup, featuring a 50-megapixel 1/1.9-inch Sony IMX882 sensor and an 8-megapixel Sony IMX355 ultra-wide-angle camera. It also has a 20-megapixel OV20B front camera for selfies and video calls. Storage options go up to 512GB UFS 4.0, 5,000mAh battery with support for 90W fast charging. It comes with a 120W adapter in the box.
Connectivity features include 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS/AGPS, Galileo, GLONASS, Beidou, and a USB Type-C port. The device also includes an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, e-compass, gyroscope, IR blaster, and proximity sensor. It has an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance, an in-display fingerprint sensor, and supports face unlock.
